On Thursday, June 30, approximately 60 Yale Law School alumni, current and admitted students, and their guests enjoyed an engaging breakfast panel discussion of the Supreme Court’s Term, generously hosted by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in their Chicago, IL office. Renato Mariotti ’02, Partner, Thompson Coburn LLP, was an insightful moderator. Panelists Boris Bershteyn ’04, Partner, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, New York, NY; Nicole C. Henning ’05, Partner, Jones Day, Chicago, IL; and Mark E. Schneider, Partner, Kirkland & Ellis, Chicago, IL, provided thoughtful and wide-ranging analyses of the Justices’ opinions, followed by a dynamic Q & A session at the conclusion.
